always you asking me to pay

  I already buy a 2 domain hosting services when i moved from other bad services hosting,
  i purchased from you Plus and other norma services,

  but you never pupished my website for more then 8 months, and you keep asking me to pay you for each services or plugins

  can you please explain me why is tha ?
