Blog post's content was deleted for no reason

  I was writing a 3000+ words blog post and it was saved in wordpress as I was already working on it for more than 2 days but when I refreshed the page today when I was writing ALL the content of the post got deleted for no reason!
  What should i do to restore it back?
  PS: The post was still in draft
