I thought that using WordPress was easy and there are no problems, but I was mistake and encountered many problems, the most important of which are:
1- Difficulty contacting your support and not responding quickly.
2- My site does not open and no longer works.
3- Whenever I need something, I can’t find it on your site, and I have to buy all the services that are difficult to implement and must go back to your site that doesn’t give help or make it easy.
4- There was an old project to create a site that was not implemented, (even I don’t remember its name, may it could be : investores- fund) and whenever I open your site it opens in Arabic on the old site and my site does not actually open (www.ethonomica7.com).
Please help me solve these problems -
