Import an SQL DB to my blog

  Hello,
  I used to have a self-hosted wordpress blog back in 2012 and I have closed permanently.
  Now I have opened a new blow hosted by WP and I want to migrate the SQL db for the 2012 blog to the new one and i’m not sure how to do it

  help please?
