languages and letters used in my media library

  Hello. I have been using a wordpress blog with the Arabic language for years. I publish cultural articles in Arabic, and other articles in French. And every time I try to use my media library, I find: 1) that the names of my files (in this library) which are written with Latin letters, appear with Latin letters; 2) that the names of my files which are written with Arabic letters, appear written with code or machine language. And this machine language is incomprehensible (because it is written like this: d896d7as8d478, etc). It then becomes almost impossible to read or use the names of my files located in my media library. Can you please solve this problem? I believe you can solve it. Because during very rare moments (a few days over several years), the names of my files (written in Arabic, in my media library) suddenly appear in Arabic, then suddenly become again written in code, or in incomprehensible machine language . (For example, this occurrence recently occurred between February 07, 2021 and February 10, 2021). Thank you very much, and I am very grateful for your precious help.
