Payment Declined When Subscribing to Premium Plan (349 TL) – Error HYTFSI

  I’m unable to subscribe to the WordPress.com Premium monthly plan (349 TL/month).
  The subscription price shows as 349 TL per month.

  However, my card keeps getting declined, even though I use it successfully on other websites.
  I tried two different cards, and I got the same result.
  In the end, I received this error message:

  “An error occurred while authenticating the credit card. Please contact support and quote error: HYTFSI.”

  Correct account: Yes
