problem with edit

    Title: ‘Page Settings Panel (⚙️) Missing in Gutenberg Editor’

    Message:

    Hello,
    I created a fresh new WordPress site using Local (by Flywheel). It’s a completely clean installation with no plugins or custom themes. When I go to Pages > Add New, the page editor opens, but the settings panel (gear icon ⚙️) on the top right is missing, and I can’t access any page settings like template, status, featured image, etc.

    I’ve tried the following steps but nothing worked:

    Switched to a default theme (Twenty Twenty-One, Astra)

    Deactivated all plugins (actually none are active)

    Changed the site language from Arabic to English

    Cleared browser cache and tried different browsers

    Pressed Ctrl + Shift + , to manually open the settings panel

    Still, the Page Settings panel does not appear.

    I’m working on a local site (not hosted online), and everything else seems normal.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
