re-subscribtion issue

  I subscribed for a year in 2021 and when I wanted to cancel my membership I saw that I don’t have any on going but now I got billed for a
  second year when I don’t even use the website I’d like to order a refund for this problem because it is not my fault that it shows that I don’t have a membership
