    It’s really great! Love it. But it should work on widgets too… like our blog soundtrack, it was cool. I couldn’t make it or is any way to use also on widgets?

    Fabulous news! I’m a language and speech researcher, and it’s been a major setback for me not to be able to include soundfile examples in my posts. (Especially for my work blog.) I’ve been looking into workarounds, but hadn’t yet found a great solution. Now you’ve found it for me. Thanks!

    Nice one, However pleeeeeeeeease make it available to non-space upgraders PLEASE!!! It works with me embedding an external mp3 too.

    This is really great !
    But it seems to be working only for the blogs on “yourname.wordpress.com”,
    this isn’t working on independant blogs (that are not hosted on /wordpress.com)
    Are there any chance that you’ll improve this feature to be able to work on other blogs., or do we need get separate plugins.

    Friends please, direct me if there are any such plugins out there.

    How do you use this feature?

    I copied the link “audio http://wordpress.com/files/2007/01/mattmullenweg-interview.mp3” in to a post and it does not show the player

    Do I have to use a htlm tag for the player to show?

    I just switched from using Apple’s iWeb, and this was the biggest feature that I was missing from my old blog. I had started using Odeo, but didn’t like having to go through a third party to share my audio posts. Thank you! You have made this transition a very pleasant switch!
