I’d miss the way Vigilance (which i’m using at present) has one wide sidebar with two narrower ones below it. But i do love the rich look of the ‘wooden’ background – feels more alive / lively than most of the darker themes. It would be nice if a customisable header pic could be put with it, but not essential for me.
Great how the WordPress team are always pushing forward to new this and new that. :0)

Wonderful. I love the textural effect it has. It almost tempts me to apply it. Almost, but I’m after a certain look to my blog. I have ideas, but the only one that comes closest to what I want is what I have currently. It could be tweaked better, but I’m new here, so I learn as I go. Great work!

I transferred my blog from blogger to wordpress two years ago because I liked many of the wordpress features, stats, and designs.
But I do not understand why we can’t change colors and fonts and sizing for the design templates! So many designs are close to being perfect, but there’s a horrible shade of green or something. Or the title is too small. Or you can’t have a subtitle. What gives?
I also miss blogger’s being able to load small videos without linking to youtube or elsewhere.

I’m with the commenter about the font sizes. Far too many of these themes have crazy small fonts. I don’t want my readers going blind, ha ha.
Also, more themes need to automatically list sub-pages with the pages widget, or at the least, on the parent page.

its good, but it’s too dark and shadowy. I would love to see something more bright and colorful which can give our content a mesmerizing effect…I am waiting for such theme from you and WordPress.

Very nice theme. Almost perfect for a woodworking blog. Would like the ability to customize the icons (i.e. change the flower to something else) and maybe the post title color.
Also tried to put a header pic in, but it crunched it down to be very small…

what i love the most from this theme is that we’re able to change the background to our own pictures. absolutely like it, but i just hope that the bullet for the entries’ title isn’t a flower 😦 i’m using it anyway because the customizable background feature. thanks!

I changed to this theme and like it a lot. Really shows off the food photos I use. That said, I’m having problems with italics, which is a problem for me because I write about books and also use a lot of non-English words that must be italicized. I am also having problems with the header — cannot get a pic in there.
I would also like the option of choosing either a one- or two-column sidebar. And the colors of the links, etc. Pink isn’t really my thing. But I am not sure what other color would work — a choice would be lovely, though.
Hope that if I ever change themes that my links will transfer fine. (I have had the same theme for almost a year, so you can tell I don’t change themes very often — the one before that, I changed after about a year, also.)

This reminds me a lot of my desktop wallpaper, which is a pic of some wood panneling. If it was two column (or if I knew how to make it two column) I would try it out. The only thing that looks iffy is the box with the blog title. The color doesn’t look right.

“page hover”,,hmm,,, i dont know how to say it. what i mean is feature like “dropdown page”, feature that monochrome & iNove have. it is like if i turn my mouse over the “page list” (in header), it will show the subpage

Am I the only one thinking of what a ‘dark wood’ might stand for? What does it feel like to be caught in a dark wood? By the way, I applaud the bold choice. Why not have a theme that represents something a little more dangerous, ominous, scary?
