I can’t cook worth a darn, but they all look delightful!
A good food blog is a wonderful thing. I’ll definitely be checking these out, but the list didn’t include my favourite – Willow Bird Baking. Also one entire half of the world is heading into winter not summer.
Some of us live in the southern hemisphere = winter

In summertime I love just about anything with raspberries, mangoes or macadamias…so for the WOW factor I love making a raspberry, mango and macadamia vacherin; raspberry sorbet, mango cream, meringue dusted with macadamias – delicious!
