Responsive is a free theme that hasn’t been available on WordPress.com before today. It’s possible that you’ve seen it in the WordPress.org theme directory, since it’s been one of the most popular themes there for quite a while.

As Responsive is a free theme but no less than any premium theme . Excellent addition to Responsive
Will this theme allow me to put in a header image?
It sure will. Custom header images can be set under Appearance → Header.
I was hoping for a theme that had more custom features…again, wish I’d seen this sooner!
