I miss the animation and the crisp look. 🙄 does not look like an eyeroll and 😯 does not look shocked and 😳 is just plain red, it doesn’t blush; 👿 and 😈 look alike and have no personality. In short, I much prefer the old ones. Can I get them back?

Nice and sleek. I agree with @juppcamper, they do remind me of Google+ emoticons, especially the Google+ Hangouts.

If you rest your cursor over a smiley and wait for a couple of seconds, a little tooltip should show up, revealing the smiley code you need to type.

Please verify you have smileys turned on for your blog. You can see that in your dashboard, under Settings > Writing.
Smileys are turned on, and they do appear, but the old ones. Not these.
They do show up for me on your blog. It could be cache in your browser, which you can verify by trying to load the site in a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact support.

Not as good as the old ones IMHO. I appreciate having additional ones, which aren’t hard to do yourself with shortcodes by the way, but the old ones much better reflected the expression they were intended to reflect.
Add me to the short list of people who don’t approve of this change, and it looks like I’ll be using emoticons from other places from this time forward.

Most of these work with dashes as well. In fact the 😎 only works with a dash.
I like to use a smiley face every now and then but I won’t remember the codes. I have used them on other sites when commenting and I just had to pick a face from a legend. Having a selector, as mentioned above, would work for me. Thanks!

Still not working. They new emoticons appear outside the text field, beside the photos in some places instead of in the text, maybe it’s just a temporary thing.
