Abo Kündigung

    Hallo zusammen

    ich verwalte für die Inhaberinnen diese WordPress Seite. Leider ist das Unternehmen im vergangenen Jahr insolvent gegangen und sie haben vergessen das Abo für die Website zu kündigen. Nun wurde natürlich der Betrag von 300 Euro von ihrem Konto abgebucht. Ist es möglich, dies noch nachträglich aufgrund der Insolvenz rückgängig zu machen?
