active domain connection error

  Hi there,

  I purchased an explorer tarif yesterday but then had to cancel it again the same day because it didn’t offer what the charity wants for their site. However, it seems the DNS records have not updated, and I can now neither open the website athenryie.wordpress.com nor athenrygalway.com (which I wanted to purchase with my upgrade). Can you help me fix this?
