An American trying to use WordPress.com but only displays German

  I am an American in China trying to build several websites and host them here but I cannot make progress because there is no simple setting to change the language of the APP to „English“. The actual website, yes, but not the WordPress program. Extremely frustrating and disappointing for something so simple to not be available. Amazing in 2019.
