blank#blocked the editor is blocked out of the site

    The problem – the editor is blocked out of the site, every login attempt ends up at blank#blocked page.
    The site in the question: getgermanized.de

    The editor commentary:
    The issue happened in the process of editing the site menu. I.e., in the process, I didn´t touch the plugin codes or site URLs. Trying to solve the problem, I followed the WordPress support guidelines and forum entries. I cleaned cookies (manually and with CCleaner), restarted the computer. Edited the HTML of the login page – it changed its appearance, but the result is still the same. Hence I couldn’t access the site plugins to try and deactivate them, which people on the WP support forum claimed to solve this problem.
    All the site pages should be in drafts, the maintenance mode page comes from a plugin SeedProd.

    -What could be done in such a situation?
    -Can the admin or the support team restore access to the site? For example, by deactivating the plugins?
    -What can be done afterward to ensure this doesn’t happen? (what could be the reason for that malfunction/conflict)
