Cannot delete websites & account

  Hey there, I tried to delete my websites/blogs and could not do it because of active upgrades. I managed them. there are still themes that I bought years ago and which are listed as ’never expire‘. I still cannot move on to the deletion part and also cannot delete the themes I bought earlier. Can you help me to close my account? Kind regards, Virginia
