Can´t change permalinks

  I just created some sides, which haven´t existed before. I want them to be called http://www.tausendfremdeorte.de/reiseziele/england just as an example. But almost every side is named …/reiseziele/england-2. But I really dont want them called …-2.
  When I use the button to change the permalink and safe it, it is not saved as my favourit name. What can I do or what can you do so I can change it?
