Capital letters

  Today I uses WordPress the first time in this year. The names of the files that I upload consist of capital and small letters. It worked until december.
  But from this year on it is not possible to use capital letter so that I have to change the name of the uploaded files before publishing the side. That means a lot of work.
  What can I do to resolve this problem?
