Conflict with WordPress account

Please help me to solve following problemsI have a problem register an avatar in my second worldpress account at beetower.fr.
My username for this website is displayed in my profile, but when I try to register a profile photo under worldpress.fr, worldpress sends an error message ‚user name‘ does not exist even though I can continuously update the externally hosted website in all other areas under this user name.
I have registered my first worldpress account under a different user name in order to obtain an admin function for beetower.de, which is managed by my German friends, so that I can also post there from time to time. There is probably a conflict here that keeps redirecting me to beetower.de when I choose the apple registration option to add a profile to my beetower.fr account. Is there a software error on the part of worldpress.fr? Now I have 3 accounts, one user name is not recognised by worldpress.fr. Can I transfer my data from beetower.fr to another account if necessary to make a clean set up?
