Connected a external domain from the provider 1&1 by mistake to wordpress.com

I connected my domain from the provider 1und1.de by mistake to the external service wordpress.com.
I would create a wordpress site in the app section of my provider, but I culdn´t choose this domain to do this. So I tried to connect my domain to the external provider wordpress.com. But now its connected to wordpress.com although its not connected to an account. My provider 1und1.de can’t reverse this action. They say it´s connected to wordpress.com now and just there I can cancel this. But I have no starting point where my domain is connected at wordpress.com. Because as I said before, its not connected to any account. I also can’t get in contact with yes custom support. Where can I find a solution for this topic? -
