Critical Error on website

  Hello,

  I can reach neither the website nor the wp-admin. Critical Error. In the mail i received from WordPress it says there is a problem with one of the plugins: Jetpack. But i cant deactivate it because i dont have access and it says it needs to be activated when the site is hosted with wordpress.com. So i cant really do anything myself. Any suggestions?
