Declined Upgrade to business – but now my I have the 'Free' plan?

  I activated my premium plan. Then I upgrated to the business plan, which I declined within the 30-days-money-back-trial. But now I got back to FREE? I paid for the premium plan! Why I am at FREE now? In my opinion this is not right. Can you please check that? Thank you, manuela
