Deleting my site

  Dear support team,
  I wanted to delete my wordpress site, but when I try to do so, I get told that it is not possible! I already tried to communicate this issue, but I didn’t receive an answer. Not the automatic renewal of the abonnement started, but I wanted to delete the site before this! Is there any way to delete my site once and for all and finally get a refund for my latest payment? I also want to quit every service and just about everything connected to this site so I don’t have to pay for it anymore.
