different between WordPress.com commercial and branding

  I would like to upgrade my package. Need to know please the different of commercial and branding in wordpress page. Down left there is the symbol to login as user. Means that branding with the symbol of wordpress? Whaty your guys mean in that case commercial? Where will be of if i switch to that higher package? Thank you answering!
