Divi builder not schowing and plugins tab missing

  I am using the Divi Theme and Builder but wordpress no longer shows them in my dashboard.
  My Divi builder is no longer showing up and when I try to click on the Divi tab it just shows me the content not found page.
  Also, my plugin tab is missing from my website and when I try to access my plugins over my website manager I receive this error message:
  403 Forbidden
  Permission denied. Our sentries tell us that you should not be here.
