Domain hijacked

Dear Support Team,
Dear community,in 2019.05 our customer, a football society, created a new self hosted website and tried to move his domain (foerderverein-freier-tus-regensburg.de) away from wordpress.com.
This did not work out.
The Domain was removed from the worpdress.com backend and no AuthCode was offered. The issue could not be solved back than:
https://wordpress.com/de/forums/topic/authcode-for-de-domain/Now my customer found out, that the Domain is used by somebody else:
https://foerderverein-freier-tus-regensburg.de/So the domain is now hijacked / misused.
Any Idea, what we can do now?
Can anybody from the WordPressTeam check, if the domain is still registered at their registrars.
All I can find out, is that cloudflare.com is used as namesserver.In the hope for help,

Richtig, diese Seite verwendet die Namesserver von CloudFlare.
Die domain wurde entweder von wordpress.com entwendet oder ist noch bei Wordrpess.com, löst nun aber missbräuchlich auf.Die Domain war zuvor mit https://ffftregensburg.wordpress.com/ verknüpft.
Lässt sich von WordPress.com Seite noch nachvollziehen / einsehen, ob wordpress.com noch selber der registrar ist? Oder wann / wohin die Domain umgezogen wurde?
