Domain Mapping and redirect

    I am helping a blogger-friend. She moved from motherbirthblog.wordpress.com to self-hosted wordpress-blog due to the DSGVO. Her new URL is motherbirth.de and we want to redirect the old wordpress.com URL to the new blog.
    But there is a problem, the redirect is not possible. The site displays a error message. I think its the ‚domain mapping‘ she booked long ago, it’s active till november/december.

    We can’t delete the URL from the Domains so we can buy the redirect. Or is there a other problem?
