Domain Name returns ‚Web Servers Default Page‘ (Plesk)

    Scenario 1)
    I put in the url of my site https://www.tutorspace.de. This returns my WordPress landing page. Same workflow with most of the other users. This workflow is the correct workflow.

    Scenario 2) One customer sent me a screenshot where my landing page did not show up and the server returned the ‚Web servers default page‘ of plesk, so my landing page was not called. He put in the right url (I can see it in the screenshot). He tried it with both Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
    Scenario 2 also happened with some other customers but quite rare.

    How is that possible? I would really much appreciate your help. Hosting Company said that the problem is either with wordpress or with the apache server settings.
