Domain Transfer

    Hallo! I moved my domain from wordpress to another host. I already quit my wordpress Atonement and my domain (which is provided from elsewhere) doesn’t show on my wordpress-acount anymore. But my new Host can’t do the transfer because the Status is: ‚clientTransferProhibited‘. They asked me to contact my old Provider (wordpress!?) to change the status. so that they can transfer it! How can I contact somebody or do it on my own??
