Embedding PHP script into wordpress, that gets data from Google sheets CSV file

  I wrote a PHP script including html css javascript for dashboard that gets values from a large google sheet table ( 300,000 values) with the function csvToArray (str_getcsv). The google sheet is published. That works. My question is, if I embed the code in wordpress through plugin shortcode, Can the members see it? Are there any restrictions for viewing?
