Favicon is not displayed in google search results

  hello,

  unfortunatley my favicon is not displayed in the google search results. I tried to add the Icon via Customizer -> Website-Information and with an extra Plug -In ‚The real Favicon Generator‘. BUt Google just shows the WordPress Icon. Can you please heöp me with this issue? Thank you!
