Get money back after cancellation

    Dear WordPress Team,
    I cancelled my domain and premium on the 11th of January through the support option. It was said that I will get a refund of my money within the next 7-10 business days or fewer. The money was taken out of my account the 14th of January (so after I cancelled everything).
    Everything of the domain and premium got cancelled and deleted straight away, however I still do not have the refund of 114 Euros! When will I get my money back?
