Guided Transfer – Some questions before start

    Dear WordPress-Team,

    I would like to migrate a wordpress.com blog to a self-hosted solution because I would like to sum up some related blogs to a wordpress multisite. Therefore I already created a self-hosted multisite-system and tried to migrate the blog on my own by using the wordpress importer (v1 and v2). However the result was not as good as expected. (I lost about 20% to 30% of the content while the migration-process) – We’re talking about a huge blog with hundrets of posts, pages, comments and media-files.

    Question 1: Can your ‚guided transfer‘-service guarantee a 100% result? (Or at least a better result, than my efforts?)

    Question 2: How are your payment conditions. Do I have to pay by credit card or is it possible to pay by invoice?
