Host or domain name not found. Name service error

    Recently I have received emails with the text attached below. Unfortunately neither my webmaster nor my email provider (all-inkl, Germany, the kasserver is of the provider) can give me a solution or answer my question why I receive these emails and what I can do to stop them being sent to me.
    Does anyone here know this problem or do they have any advice for me?
    That would be great.
