Hosting and portability

  Following scenario: I host my website using the WordPress Business package with the domain abc.com for example. Then I decide after the contract expires after one year that I don’t want to host my website with WordPress anymore. Instead I want to export my website and host it somewhere else.

  Now two questions arise:
  1. Do I possess the domain name abc.com or do I only rent it for as long as it is stated in the contract?
  2. Am I able to export my website which was created with WordPress and host it somewhere else?
