How to authenticate a user of a third-party website on my website

  Hello,
  is there a way to authenticate a user from a third-party website on my own website?
  Case: User has an account on page A, which I’m partnered with. I want to share resources with users of the partnered page. How do I authenticate users from page A?
  It should be something like: User comes from page A to my page B and if he is logged in to page A he also has access to my page.
  I can only modify my page B.
