How to delete blog without proof of ownership?

I have an old blog, but the active email address doesn’t exist anymore, I do not have the password or user name. Also, I have no proof of ownership.
I’d like to delete the blog or at least but it on private, as my personal information is on that blog. The blog I’m talking about is https://habibtihype.wordpress.com/
