How to switch off ‚hides the referrer‘ function (href.li)?

    Hey there.
    Since a while the href function disables every single hyperlink in the postings (maybe because of the new EU-DSGVO?!?). I already found an instruction that says ‚you can switch off this feature by going to Settings > Reading and checking the box next to ‚I would like my links to be public, without being passed through a referrer hider.’” But – suprise – there is no ‚reading‘ tab in my setting options, only ‚generel‘, ‚writing‘, ‚discussion‘ and ‚traffic‘. Is it, because I’m using the free version? What else could I try? Could someone help me please? Thanks a lot! :)
