    hello dear. i got given access to this blog to build it up for my friend until its running and he shall only maintain it and add regulary new content. but i cannot upload any plugins. he gave me admin rights im thinking, not just editor or so. please make possible for me to upload plugins. my friend cannot access any computer at the moment as he is doing a house moving. i should prepare the blog for him until his priavte situation has settled. i wrote him an email about this problem of me nor be able to upload plugins. but im unsure it will reach him anytime soon as the household is getting boxed and shipped these days. please let me know if and how you could help us further here. thanks alot in advance, have a good day dear :)
