I miss color, font, header, background and widget settings in the customizer tab

    Hi everybody,
    I want to individualize my website but I can´t change the recent font or color, I can´t create a header, design a background or add widgets. When I open my customizer bar I can choose between Site Identity, Menu, Content Options, CSS and Homepage Settings.
    Before I changed my theme I had these now missing options wherefore I enabled the theme I had before. But nothing changed. What can I do to get the appearance/customizer settings back?
