I wish to delete my website

  We moved our wordpress.com account to managed .org hosting elsewhere and ended our subscription. This has left a stranded old version of the site (onsight5.wpcomstaging.com) which we need to remove. When I follow the instructions via Settings to ‘Delete this site’ it says to contact support but that button brings me here, to posting in the public forums. How can I get this site shut down?!
