Inquiry: Website down and CSS Code deleted

  Hello!
  Unfortunately, our website is down and we noticed that the CSS Code has disappeared. We have received the notification that we used up too much storage but we have now deleted a few items. There is no error message. What can we do and is there a back up of our webpage?
