licence issue

  Hey there. There was a problem with the paypal payments on my account. I thought I canceled the licence for my domain long ago. But it turned out this didn’t work they way I expected. When the money was debited, I first lodged an opposition and blocked the payment on paypal. The money was not given back to my bank account any time and the case got closed through paypal 7 days ago because wordpress didn’t answer. So I ask you, what to do now? The money seems to remain at wordpress‘ property and my wordpress account is still blocked. For better backtrancing I’m talking about the receipt-ID 22227096, transaction-ID 4EG82319WB450813P and the paymethod was PayPal. Would you please help me with that issue.
