Login and hosting problems

  I I recently tried to log into my account to edit my website. Unfortunately.I encountered difficulties and could not access my account using my passwords and back up verification. I’m sure the information I have provided is correct but I can’t get access to my account. this is especially frustrating as I urgently need to make updates to my website. Could you please check my credentials and help me to solve this problem. It would be greatly appreciated if you could get back to me as soon as possible as my website updates are time sensitive
