  Hello dear support team,

  I turn to you again because my initial attempt to contact you did not seem to be successful (probably I did something wrong somewhere).
  It’s about access to my blog ‚deutschenmensch.wordpress.com‘.
  Since mid-March 2016, I have no access to the site. The reason for this is that I use the Google Authenticator to log in, but since March 2016, neither the stored phone number, nor have the associated mobile phone because it is broken and the phone number has long been terminated.
  I still have my actual password. Therefore I did not use the ‚password reset form‘.
  Is it possible to disable the installed ‚Authenticator‘ plugin? Or an alternative variant for registration (via SMS or e-mail)?
