Login in localhost adminarea

  Hello togehther,
  it’s not possible for me to login in the localhost adminarea with the same username and password as it’s on the normal wordpress website possible.
  If i try to reset my password there is a message:
  The e-mail can’t be sent.
  Your host could have deactivated the function: mail().
  How can I Login in the adminarea now?
  I would be grateful if somebody can help me!
