MYSQL didn´t started so i deleted log files. ALL DATA DELETED? How to get my old page going?

    Hey everyone!
    Yesterday night i had some problems to get my MAMP MYSQL-Server running so i found a video on youtube to fix this.
    The Video recommended to delete the log files(ib_logfile0, ib_logfile1 and ibdata1) at MAMP/db/mysql5) and it worked, MYSQL is running after that BUT WHEN TRYIN TO GET TO FRON/BACKEND THEY WANT ME TO INSTALL WORDPRESS?!
    Is there a solution to get my old data running again or implement my old database?

    Excause me i´m not a professional! Hope someone has an idea!!!
