need help in downloading the zip version of my page

  dear team, could you please help me understand how to download the zip version of my page so that I can export it to another hosting? Is it not possible at all if I don’t have a paid plan? https://olgashirobokova.wordpress.com/

  and another question – why am I not seeing this page when I go to the list of webpages? I see a ‚Home‘ page but the content is not what is on the publicly displayed page.
